I made a reservation for a feminine 4 bed room. The room was dirty and the linen smelled bad. I reported the situation to reception and Rafael in the evening and Maria in the morning we're very helpful and sorted the problem. Special mention to Rafael, who is very polite, patient and helpful. Stayed here with family of 3 kids in a family room with a private bathroom. The hostel is very centrally located and is a delight to stay at. The children loved the beds and climbing into them. The hostel staff were really friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a lovely pedestrianised area and they provided helpful advice on where to park our car. I visited Room00 Salvador with my two young children in March. We booked via hotels.com and stayed in the deluxe room.
The hotel is on a pedestrianised street 2 minutes walk from Metropol Parasol (Setas de Sevilla). A taxi from the airport costs approximately 30.
We arrived earlier than the check-in time of 3PM. You can either check in yourself online using the iPads or check in at the 24 hour reception desk. ...

Beautiful lobby space and good service but rooms are bit over-crowded with too many beds. The person at the reception was helpful. They also have a locker room where you can keep the luggage before check-in for free. Though little far from the historical center of Sevilla but it worth staying....

Fantastic hostel with family rooms, rooftop seating, and great/helpful/professional staff. We had a very spacious family room with our own shower and toilet. The room showed some of its ancient stone wall and wooden beams. Breakfast was at 5 and offered quite a selection.
