Pros..great location lovely staff and really good breakfast
Consongoing renovations in reception right next to breakfast room, noise and bad drain smell whilst eating, really dark coloured rooms which are small and the dark colour makes them seem smaller, no extractor fan in bathroom, steam makes everything damp...

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were very pleased with our room and the hotel in general. The room overlooked a central courtyard so there was no view, but the bonus was that there was no traffic noise and our room was quiet. Staff is super nice, very accommodating. But the hotel is run down; they're doing some painting and renovation but paint odor is all over the place. Chairs in elevator area on the 4th floor were dirty and stained. And just like the name, the rooms are petit. Barely any space to walk or have ypur luggage in....

The Petit Palace Puerta de Triana is a jewel! It is located in one of the most interesting parts of this beautiful city and the staff is outstanding. In particular, one of the managers, Verónica MartÃn Garrudo, was able to help me solve some issues that I had when I needed to make an important video conference call that came up at the last moment.
