Staff is super nice, very accommodating. But the hotel is run down; they're doing some painting and renovation but paint odor is all over the place. Chairs in elevator area on the 4th floor were dirty and stained. And just like the name, the rooms are petit. Barely any space to walk or have ypur luggage in....

The Petit Palace Puerta de Triana is a jewel! It is located in one of the most interesting parts of this beautiful city and the staff is outstanding. In particular, one of the managers, Verónica Martín Garrudo, was able to help me solve some issues that I had when I needed to make an important video conference call that came up at the last moment. Pros - The hotel is in a good location, a short walk to most tourist sights and the bus station. (Although it was 30 mins to the train station). Cute hotel, a little bit quirky.
Cons - Walls are paper thin, making the room noisy. The bathroom was small....

We stayed there 2 nights during our Andalusia trip. Hotel is situated into old Jewish quarter (Barrio de Santa Cruz), a 15-20 minutes walking distance from all city monuments. Rooms are pretty small, but tideous, and the breakfast was very good.Stuff is helpful and they speak english. They also offer a parking in garage at 400 meters shared object and we also took it. ...

Fab hotel in a fab location

Lovely hotel in the heart of everything within walking distance. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice and tasty hot and cold dishes. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Dont forget to ask them about the bike hire!
Rooms are clean and functional with comfy bed and pillows. Great sound proof windows and blackout curtains....
