Good location, nice rooms, clean, bit expensive for what it is, breakfast was average at best - I would skip breakfast and head to the cafe round the corner.
Rooms were reasonably well appointed and seemed newly decorated as were the bathrooms.
Service was poor / so so.
It claims to be 4 star. It is not.
4 star prices, 3 star rooms, 2 star service, 1 star breakfast....

Oversold and Under-delivered

We booked this hotel and it boasted to be a unique boutique hotel. We went with two adults, one child and one dog and book a quadruple room.
Here are some simple facts;
1. The hotel is not unique or a boutique; it is old and unkept
2. In the quadruple room when all bunks beds were downs, it was not possible to walk from one end of the room to the door without crossing the bed - no space between beds

Our experience was top-class and most enjoyable. Our 2nd floor room overlooked the street, but was really quiet at night. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is superb, being a short walk to many of the top sites in Seville: the cathedral, Las Setes de Sevilla, Plaza de España, Plaza de Toros, Real Alcázar, Triana m...

Beatriz and her colleagues are most welcoming and helpful. Our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. The hotel location is just perfect, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast buffet is tasty and offers a great choice to please every body...
