Stunning hotel in the perfect location, a little distance from the city but only a short walk to most major site seeing places, only 10minutes walk from Plaza la España and the Stadium, and right on the tram line which takes you directly into the town as well. Incredibly friendly staff and great service, as well as an incredible breakfast selection on offer each morning. ...

All Show and no Substance

Very disappointing. Selected premium room. Room looked great as discussed the interior of the hotel. It all went downhill from there.
Restaurant closed. Could only get a meal in the bar if you're lucky. 3 or 4 tables only. We got a makeshift table just outside the lift.
Would have gone elsewhere but raining heavily.
Asked for roomservice. NONE! What hotels don't have roomservice?
Up in the room time for a cup of tea....

Very nice and personable staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. The location is also very good. Just take the free and frequent Cercanias train from Santa Justo (the main train station) to San Bernardo. The hotel is just across the street from San Bernardo, which has tram and metro stops. ...

Great hotel, walking distance to the Santa Cruz district where most of the sights are and some nice tapas bars nearer to the hotel too.
Really friendly and accommodating staff.
The hotel was modern and clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Comfy pillows and great showers.
The pool area is a big bonus! Although shaded for most of the day it's a welcome break from the heat of the city.
