The hotel is in a perfect location for visitors of the Congress Venue in Sevilla, and tourists have a bus in front of the door which brings them into the city center within 25 minutes. The rooms are clean, there is a fridge and a flat TV, the beds are comfortable.

This hotel is a very dated hotel and definitely needed a make-over. One thing which I would like to highlight is that the floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and it was rather dangerous if you are not careful. No bedroom slippers were provided. When I check in around 8pm and ask for a cup of hot water as always , the receptionist instructed me to get the hot water at bar. So I went to the bar and ask for a cup of hot water , the bar tender told me it will cost me Euro 1.5 . I was shocked and felt discriminated as I drink hot water. I will never stay in this hotel again and I will encourage my friends dont stay in this hotel at all. ...

10 minutes from the airport, stayed last night of trip, STAFF was AMAZING
so helpful, so pleasant, knowledgable about area.
Bed was hard, but not uncomfortable
left too early for breakfast, but services seemed plentiful....

Stayed at this hotel for one night while travelling around spain. Checkin was fast and front office was helpfull. The room was clean with toiletteries. The bed was comfortable and had a good nite sleep with wakeup call.
Breakfast was buffet with ample food. Was satisfied....
