Irresponsible Staff at rooftop bar . Avoid this hotel at any cost and negative experience . there are better choices at Seville than this junk hotel. So dont waste your money at this hotel and have better customer experience somewhere else....

After queueing at the front door to the hotel for 25 minutes hoping to catch a drink at sunset along with other groups, the staff allowed us to go to the rooftop bar just after the sun had set. The excuse was that the bar was full. Once we arrived at the rooftop it was clear there were roughly half of all tables free. The cocktails were double the price of anywhere else in Sevilla. A lovely, well-positioned in a superb location, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff are very helpful, going out of their way to greet you every time you arrive back from a day out. Just returned from a 4 night stay in Hotel Inglaterra, very impressed with the hotel. Firstly it is a brilliant location for all the many sights of Seville and the fact that the hotel has a City Expert (Marta was excellent) made our explorations much easier. The hotel is Fabulous, excellent location. The rooms are very spacious, we took 2 connecting rooms, very nice and very clean. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Our son is Celiac and the staff were very helpful, they provided each morning delicious hot bread. They have Gluten free stand also.
