Refused to give me drink on my birthday but

The hotel was in so many ways a great experience. The manager Jose Ignacio upgraded me free of charge to a beautiful new room 2 days after I arrived after I said I wanted a double bed and a balcony. Alejandro was so helpful and made sure I got a birthday gift on my birthday (NYE) of some lovely olive soaps and a free drink at the piano bar. Room Assignment, Cleanliness, and Maintenance Issues During Stay

During our stay, we encountered several issues with the room amenities. In Section 6, the room initially assigned to us had two separate beds, despite our request for a large bed. Additionally, the window was fitted with a screen to obstruct an undesirable view perhaps a rooftop garden could enhance the aesthetics. Transfer bus not working...dont stay here if you want to see the city

Do not stay here if you want to visit Seville city centre. The hotel advertises a transfer bus to the nearest metro. But on day 2, we waited 40 minutes for the return bus. On day 3 on asking reception, where the bus was, we were told it wasn't working that day and had broken down. I asked why we hadn't been told, there was no sign out the front. So disappointed as Sevillle is beautiful. This place is a souless unfriendly corporate dump, if on holidays avoid. The bar staff are the rudest I've ever met. Unfortunately stuck here for 2 more nights. Shower floods the room. Barman has white powder on his nose. Slams our drinks on the bar.When asked is there an issue he laughed and pretented not to speak English. Tried to make a complaint at reception and just brus...
