The photographs on here do not do it justice. The staff and service were excellent, friendly and very kind. The facilities were exactly as described. Car parking was very easy. The location was fairly close to the city - I would advise a very short drive to the nearby metro car park - park and ride into the city within 15 minutes! Complete letdown
Travelled on 10/2023
Arrived yesterday after a long day on the road with nearly 70 Aussies to discover rooms that need an upgrade, no refrigerator in any rooms , no English TV channels & unhelpful front desk staff . Rooms look over air conditioning systems . Breakfast was uneventful . Do not recommend to stay here . Luckily we leave here tomorrow...

Just arrived with 70 other Australians on a tour to discover that there are NO refrigerators in any rooms - what a joke .Far away from anywhere - suggest people stay elsewhere.hardly anything nearby .Room is dated & not very clean .is this supposed to be a hotel or a hostel !...

Stayed at this hotel with my siblings for 4 nights. The hotel looked nice, and staff were friendly and helpful so no complaints there. The reception staff are able to communicate in English which was great because we couldn't speak or understand Spanish.

Car Park for free
Good localization but at around 15 km from the Seville center (via uber you pay around 15 per travel)...
