We had a very nice three night points stay, and particularly enjoyed the warm service from the front desk and restaurant staff. Everything was very consistent with the brand.
Pro's:
- As mentioned, the staff is very friendly, bi-lingual, and helpful with local knowledge.
- We arrived by car, and are not fans of driving in the downtown areas of European cities. We liked the ease of access to/from the highway ...

A very delightful 2 day stay with incredibly friendly helpful staff. My Spanish is limited, they were all very patient and welcoming.
Do you research before you book and you wont be disappointed. Yes it is next to a concrete plant and no there are no bars restaurants surrounding it. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel if preferred at any time.
Parking: There is parking for 9 per day in the hotel car par...

This hotel was spotless, really comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good too. The laundry was convenient as it was the middle of a month long journey and I needed to wash my clothes. The dryer was broken, so there was only one dryer that was a bummer. The climate control was off in the gym too, that was disappointing and the team seemed to fix nothing! The location is not convenient to anything but I had a car. ...

There is NO shuttle dont count on that. This is overpriced business hotel next to the cement mixing plant. At least I have a view of one. 300 euros per night without breakfast.
Its out of town, not close to the Airport, in a weird location. Im a member of Hilton Garden Club but havent see anything like this. Especially at this rates. Not a place for any vacation....

Excellent Experience

Great hotel, location is great. I like to thank, Beatriz, Maria, Pablo and all the front desk staff for the warm welcoming to the property. The restaurant staff was also great and very accommodating, overall the entire staff make you feel like family. We will definitely stay at this property in the future....
