Please read very carefully!!
Comfort room has no tea and coffee facility or even water in the room. Not good at all for a 4 star. We then upgraded to a comfort room with terrace for an extra 15 a night. Came with tea and coffee and fridge which drinks are included. Or so we thought.
The fridge was not restocked each day. We had to call reception each time. Its not like you forget every day right? The bed was made...

Friendly staff who are always willing to help in any way when you need them
Very clean hotel and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Great location for getting around. Very good check in and check out experience....

What a lovely hotel! We had a room with a balcony and loved sitting outside in the evening with a beer or glass of wine. Hotel was spotless and recently refurbished, a comfortable bed and incredibly friendly staff. We used the indoor pool and spa which was great - the jacuzzi area is huge! Great location with tram and metro nearby, and the cafe bar right next door was lovely for a drink and food. A small supermar...

Great lobby. Checkin was a breeze. Hotel is modern/ updated and rooms are clean. Nice location too that is very acessible and is walking distance to restaurants and bars. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Breakfast selections are great! Would stay here again!...

Beautiful hotel,with a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel instantly gave a feeling of Seville with its vibrant decor and the perfume of orange blossom.
We will definitely use the hotel again....
