Check in was smooth. Pity they didnt show us how the lifts worked. Nice security feature but should be explained to residents.
The room has a great view ( 3001) but would not recommend it. First there is a mass concrete column in the middle of the room. They put a Tv on it. On the floor there is an open box of wiring under said Tv. Would not be allowed due to Health and safety at home.

We enjoyed our stay here and the view from the room was absolutely spectacular but unfortunately this hotel lacks a personal touch.
Part of this is due to the rooms being so far away from the reception but a large part of this came down to the somewhat cold reception received by almost all members of staff that we encountered- it just didnt feel like we were welcomed particularly. (I must say however, the team in ...

Spent two nights in this beautiful hotel. Chose it for its ease of access via car, which proved to be the case with a huge underground car park. Really liked the top floor bar for its views and ambience. Lovely room and excellent service. Breakfast was also very good. Would visit again....

This hotel has amazing views and is definitely worth a visit to the bar at sunset. Its the detail thats all wrong. We stayed for 4 nights. We arrived very late on the Monday and the guy who checked us in was lovely. The room was cleaned every day but they did not take away dirty cups or replace the teabags. Also they did not refill the water. In fact when we arrived there was one open from the previous people. The ...

Amazing hotel in a great location in a beautiful tower. Nice and friendly staff. Rooms are big with great views of the city and river. Comfy and spacious. Nice amenities. Good food in the main restaurant and cheap but good breakfast. Good good good...
