Great Hotel

This hotel is excellent, the room was fantastic, very spacious and good value. The reception team were very helpful and always happy to help when we asked for recommendations for cafe bars nearby.
The location is very central and has a lovely roof terrace with a great view of the city and cathedral. We will be coming back next year as we loved Sevilla and will definitely consider returning to the Eurostars. ...

Great hotel in the centre of Sevilla

TL;DR: Excellent location, nice rooms, hard to reach by car and the pool closes on 1 October.
To start with the last one, that was really a pity. We arrived on the 1st, it was 32 degrees Celsius and the city was still swarming with tourists. Yet the pool closes on 1 October for the season, no exceptions.
Then the accessibility by car. The hotel has no parking and only cars that are 1m80 wide or smaller are allowed ...

The hotel was an oasis of tranquillity. The ladies at reception made us feel very welcome. They were very professional and very friendly. Certainly a credit to the company. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very large and well equipped. The swimming pool was really welcoming after a day of sightseeing. There were showers by the pool and plenty of sunbeds. A lovely hotel that is central and only a short stroll to the cathedral and Alcazar Palace. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and we were pleased with the hotel room and amenities. The pool area was small and mostly shaded, but it did not get busy on any of the days and so was more than adequate. Lovely hotel with Views of the cathedral from rooftop bar. Well located for visiting main attractions. While our room floor could be accessed by lift we had to carry our bags few steps to our room which is not easy for old folks like us! Tea/coffee making facilities available in room. Room was super clean and beds comfortable. Taxi booked via reception cost us 35Euro which is bit steep....
