The front of the hotel was covered in scaffolding and netting at the time of our visit. Sounds of drilling battering our ear drums during the day. The roof top area was good when the bar opened , but opening was erratic. The breakfast was good but they would not open until 07:00 on the dot. The hotel position was good in relation to the main attractions of Seville....

Reasonably good Hotel, close to city centre. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. A couple of annoying things, though, no air-conditioning and the wifi wouldn't work. It wasn't overly hot outside mid 20's C but the rooms still heat up, making them hot. Complained to reception were told switched off for the season, so one size fits all approach. How about letting your guests who pay for the room decide if they need air...

Good city centre hotel - don't be put off by outside refurb.

I was expecting the worst when I read the latest reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised. Yes, the front of the hotel is under renovation, but if you are out all day you are not going to be affected, are you? Our room was great for a city-centre hotel, with a huge bed and even a kettle for tea and coffee. Bathroom was immaculate - I wish I had that shower at home! Shabby, dingy hotel - not worth the cost

On arrival, front of hotel covered in green netting and scaffolding. No sign. Massive council public waste bin directly outside front door. Rooms have dingy dark brown colour scheme, very dismal. Rooms need upgrading.
Breakfast fortunately was good. Would definitely not recommend this place....

First off this hotel is undergoing major renovations so the entire building is covered in scaffolding and plastic so forget kerb appeal . It has none .
Theres a small square opposite but its also a kids play park which was pretty busy so no relaxing there ( plus the main road is right next to it so traffic ). The square also contained the large central waste bins you see in Spanish cities so rather smelly which add...
