Could not have done more to compensate for our rooms not being ready on arrival due to extreme rainfall that day. Staff helpful, polite and efficient. Great location to access city or get out of town. Rooms very comfortable and fit for purpose plus an enormous bed....

Fabulous hotel. From arriving to leaving the staff were helpful and courteous. We had a premier room over looking a fabulous Andalucian type courtyard with beautiful plants and a water fountain. The room was spotless and cleaned daily with attention to detail. The fridge ws great to get a cold drink after a long day out siteseeing. We had researched where to go and transport, so knew there was a bus ( EA) from the ai...

Cannot fault this hotel , ok rooftop terrace gets very busy with not enough sunbeds but its on a roof , not the beach . It does have a bar though and excellent food with prompt service .
Taxi easy to get , nothing we used was more than 10 you can walk but in the heat a bit challenging .
Excellent efficient check in mini bar could do with a few beers but thats just me .

Stayed for 1 night. Bed is very comfy. The breakfast exceeded expectations with great quality. There is an orange juice machine that squeezes the oranges right in front of you for a 100% natural fresh juice. Also a pancake machine. Plus vegan fresh meats and vegan cheese for those who opt for it as well as the normal ones. Small gym available. Pool with a view in the rooftop. Also, reception team is very helpful ...

I cannot fault this hotel for its design of room , cleanliness and comfort. It is part of the Catalonia chain and having stayed in others , know that their standards are high. It is situated on the airport side of the city ( 28 Euros) and also 10 minutes walk from the Santa Justa Train station , if you are using this as part of a wider tour.
