We visited this place during New Year and our first thought was WOW! Until we noticed in the night the extremly thin walls on the backside of the bed. We heard our neighbours lovemaking and shattering which made us feel very uncomfortable so we asked for a new room.

The good news:- it is absolutely ideally located for everything in the old town. There is a roof terrace with plunge pool at the hotel that can be used which they don't tell you about! The free walking tour is worth doing especially on a first trip to Seville to help get your bearings.

Very clean studio, ideal for two people wanting a little more space and a good fridge and kettle! It was perfect for our 5 day stay. We didn't cook but if you wanted to, you would have to bring everything from scratch.
We were on the third floor so it was bright and airy but no lift, if stairs are a problem. Ok for us. Joaquin welcomed us with a drink and carried our bags up for us, which was lovely!

The apartment we stayed in had a little kitchenette but no safe in the room. The room didn't have an iron but the hotel staff was able to send one over and they had a safe behind the front desk we could have used. The staff was excellent, the location was prime (although a little loud being in the heart of the old town), and the rooftop pool was a real treat.
