The apartments have absolutely everything you need for your stay.
The beds are really comfortable.
The apartments are a 10//15 minutes walk to the cathedral and the main strip too. It's nit a bad walk either.
There are the 3 stars.
However be careful when you use the aircon. Once we realised how this worked it did cool the room down instantly but at a cost. We felt ourselves getting sicker as time went on. Both ...

We arrived into Seville airport, and took the EA bus to the main terminal at Plaza de Armas, costing 4 euros each. From here it was an easy, 10 minute walk to the apartment, which was all on the flat. Booking in was straight forward, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were a group of 5 adults who stayed in a two bedroom (a queen bed in one room and two double beds in the other) with a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed that could fit two others.
Kitchen was complete with silverware, plates, cups, mugs, pots, pans, an electric kettle and other utensils for cooking your own food.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment. Walking distance to Plaza de Armas, the bus station, and a large supermarket (Mercadona). About a 15 minute walk to the Catheral. Staff were helpful. WiFi was good and hot water was always sufficient....

Close to the train and bus station. Located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet, clean and safe. Plenty of historical sites and tapas bars nearby. Main doors locked after 9 p.m. Reception closes at 9 p.m. Maid service available for an additional cost. Beds too firm. Very good value for the money. ...
