We were greeted by reception staff who were very informative about the area.
We upgraded to a deluxe room which was well worth it (510). It had a balcony facing the city rooftops over to the cathedral.
The rooftop terrace was a brilliant spot to have a city view and enjoy good wines and beers. Staff were very friendly.

Very good position, in the old city, most important places are within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and well equiped, perhaps too much hi-tech service that could be problematic to old people, but staff is very kindle. Brekfast is able to cater to all tastes. We had a beatiful room that had a stunning view on the beatiful square Plaza la Encarnación....

Excellent well equipped modern hotel. Tiny swimming pool on the top deck, where there is a lovely rooftop bar with amazing views. Ideally located in the centre, right next to the Mushroom. Good breakfast and excellent staff - couldn't fault....

Really disappointed, returned the food a second time and we left. No idea how you can get it so wrong, twice.

We ordered our food after waiting nearly 20 minutes to get a menu, we had to go and ask for one. We ordered our food. All 4 dishes were cold, we spoke to the waitress. She took them away, assume to remake. But no, plates warmed up. Food still cold, so we made the decision to leave. Our order was really simple, 3 dishes the same and one with grilled pork. All cold bonkers and to send them back a second time still cold...

The hotel is clean and spacious, nice staffs. Nice roof top bar with view. Great location within walking distance from attractions and shopping areas. Only complaint is noise at night from restaurants around the hotel even after midnight....
