Worst Hotel we have ever stayed in !
Terrible situation/location , old and decaying , uncomfortable, spar not inviting and you have to pay . Food disgusting , understaffed , bar closed all afternoon /evening ! 2 members of staff to look after the bar and the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal !
Least of our worries was that the Hotel is covered In Scaffolding ! ...

Very clean hotel , rooms good size , beds comfortable , some pillows hard .
No tea or coffee facilities in room Outside chairs dirty. Restaurant dinner menu very limited. Unable to cater for vegetarians even with the simplest request. Waiter very blunt and off hand Highly unlikely to visit again. ...

The place was ideal for a last stop on the camino. Spa was very welcome.
The staff are doing their very best considering they are very short of employees.
It's a coach party hotel which means you can wait for a while to get a drink etc.
I went to a restaurant down the road for dinner.
I'd stay at the hotel again...

Hotel advertises with (free) shuttle service, while in practice they dont have it.
Gym exists of crap, old and defect materials.
Sauna, steam bath and some parts of the Spa were out of order (according to an employee quite structural)
2 days in a row the same rotten ham on the (very poor) breakfast buffet

bad buffet. In the 4 meals made at the hotel, in 3 of them there was the same fish cooked in the same way. They should allow the consumption of juices and beer with the meal.For a 4-star hotel, they should provide access to the indoor pool, not just the spa. The buffet sucks. the wine they offer is very bad....
