Excelent hotel!

This hotel is surprisingly high-end for a 3-star hotel! Interior looks new and of very good quality. All of the staff are wonderful, and I felt like they took care of me! The staff from cleaners, breakfast staff and reception staff made me feel like I was a VIP guest.
The location is also excellent!...

Charming hotel and excellent location. This hotel is on one of the paths for Camino walkers to get to the Cathedral. It is 1-1/2 blocks to the Cathedral and central to all the major sites in Santiago. Breakfast was excellent and they even packed a to go breakfast box for us for our very early morning departure. Great location in heart of Santiago
Very friendly staff and good communication before and during stay eg helping up us to find parking and allowed us to leave cases on final morning

I had an injury just prior to checking into this hotel. the front desk staff were helpful in the extreme to help me change my room to a more convenient one, find food during siesta time, and they even helped me get a Covid test in my room which was required in order to get on my flight the next day. the room was super comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was fantastic and again, the staff was excellent- friendly, ca...

Wonderful location, pleasant hotel and great stay

We stay 3 nights. As others have written, the service we received from the staff of front desk and the breakfast area was always excellent. The hotel is 3-4 minutes walking to the entrance of the Cathedral. The breakfast was normal but very rationed, with limited amount of bread variety and croissants. Our room was very spacious and quiet, with nice view towards the Cathedral. I highly recommend it....
