Great access to central Santiago.

We had stayed here 5 years ago when we completed a different Camino route. The hotel is very well placed next to the central area of Santiago so you can access the Cathedral and shops by day. Or the tapas bars and restaurants in the evening. Comfortable and quiet. A great last stop before heading home....

Its a terrible place to stay. After walking the Camino staying in this hotel spoils your entire experience. The room was dark, the furniture old and nothing more than a chair to sit on. Dont waste your money here unless you are on a very tight budget...

We spent six nights in this hotel and have nothing but praise for this budget hotel. It is central to all the major attractions of the city of Santiago .The bus from the Airport stops just 5minutes from the hotel on the same street, and only cost 1 .A taxi fare is 23. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had good English. The bedroom was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The one problem i had was wi...

We had a std. room, which was spacious. The breakfast was better than average. After the stay we travelled to Porto, and I forgot my toilet bag. Via mails to pickup company and not least Miranda in the reception, I got my toiletbag again delivered at my Home address....

For me I liked this hotel as it was everything I needed (on my budget) with a clean room, staff on hand when I needed them and everything working as it should.
As others have noted it can be a tad noisy at times (it is next to a road!) but as with many other reviews I write that's why I carry earplugs.
Would stay here again....
