Good hotel but need some adjustments

It is a fine hotel but needs some modifications, at least for the bathroom. Is a bit outdated, toilet and bidet are placed opposite each other against the bathtub making the space to get in and out of the bathtub tight.
Also there is no possibility to make a cup of coffee or tea....

Less than average hotel, would never stay again!

Less than average hotel, rooms extremely small - located very far from the old town...staff were not friendly at all, water not left in our room - just a cold unpleasant feeling. Photos on website are deceiving and look nothing like how they are advertised! Very disappointed and felt uncomfortable during out stay....

Good value, good location!

Location is good with beach and restaurants within walking distance, and public transport, including hop-on-hop-off bus a few metres from the hotel. It not expensive, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are satisfactory, though bland. However, the room was far too hot, when it was 12-14 degrees outside, matter how low we set the A/C. Opening the window let in traffic fumes and noise. We also found ...

found a lot of hair in the bathroom on the first night of stay, no available parking By the way I've been forbidden to park in front but other clients have been authorized, which made me feel like a second class customer for the hotel.
Last but not least, I've been charged at 11pm on the first night, without being warned about it, and without any invoice provided for it. This is rude and bborderline. I won't repeat....

Excellent stay at San Sebastian. We had a short visit at San Sebastian and became surprised with the place. Lucky we chose the good hotel, with a Good location, beautiful view over the city from upper rooms. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffe....
