SANSEbay is really one excellent hotel. It has a very good ubication and service The room was huge and very clean. I stay with my wife and two children in a room with two bedrooms. All of us were happy with this hotel. We hope to come back someday soon....

I generally like to stay in boutique hotels and this one was one of the best. Why?
1. Perfect location. You are right between Old Town and the beach, with everything in walking distance.
2. Robes, slippers, towel warmer.
3. Great staff. Always willing to help you with whatever.
4. Modern and very clean and chic. I can recommend our room, 503, which had a huge skylight with a motorized cover.

Awesome Hotel in San Sebastian

We were welcomed with a warm greeting by Jon. He provided a city map, details on popular Pintxo restaurants and key Basque phrases. Our room had an amazing view overlooking Concha Bay. It was located in the old city and made walking to the city sites very easy. The hotel housekeeping staff was wonderful!...

Great service. Pay more for a better room. We had first floor room and more noise there and no view. You have higher levels and better views. Further they have Good quality beds and showers. Good location. Book top end restaurants prior to arrival....

Great location, outstanding service, modern rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the keep the hotel immaculate. You are in Od town and at the entrance to Mount Urgull. .we loved San Sebastian, and when we go back our first action will be to book SANSEbay boutique hotel!...
