We stayed for 3 nights in a duplex room, which had a lounge and toilet downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The room was really clean and fresh with loads of space. We hardly had any noise from other rooms, and the only noise from outside was the semana grande fireworks (which was hardly surprising!) had a great sleep due to the very comfy bed and black out curtains.

Location was fantastic, within walking distance of La Concha Beach and the old town. Thats the thing about this hotel that I liked.
Nice park in front of the hotel but there are also 2 bus stops right in front of the hotel. Really noisy right from the early morning to late at night. Sound proofing is bad; not only noise from the street, but also footsteps of guest(s) from the room(s) above, although fortunately ...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel recently. Staff are wonderful and very helpful, mentioning Mauro specifically, but honestly, they were all great including people working in the bar and also in the dining room at breakfast.
Breakfast is excellent, lots of options and they make a mean omelette.

This hotel was very well located with some great breakfast options either side of it in the form of cafes. We paid nearly 500 for two nights without breakfast included and sadly it wasnt worth it.
Plus points.
The staff were lovely
The coffee machine in the room was great
The bed was comfortable
Good checkin and checkout times

Great hotel in a very central location. On the door step of the old town, 5 minutes from Gros and a 10 minute walk from the central bus station. Great bar and a choice of two coffee shops right outside. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and even booked us a couple of restaurants at late notice when we had struggled to book direct....
