From the initial friendly welcome to the swift checkout, this was an excellent 11 day stay and we intend to return. We were in a third floor, front facing balcony room (323), which was a decent size, with clean bathroom and pleasant views from the balcony (pictured). Impossible trying to find a car park space nearby

I was expecting far more based on the photos on their website.
The biggest issue here is trying to find a carpark which was a disaster as this is in a residential area and I ended up having to park a long way away.
The room we had was a reasonable size but they hadn't dried their sheets and towels properly and they smelt musty.
The check in process took ages and a long queue of people built up.

Two nights in Donostia San Sebastián with a guided walking tour booked for our full day in the town.
The hotel is really comfortable and the staff are all truly lovely. Our room had everything we would want but like so many Spanish hotels they dont provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We travel extensively in Spain and bring an aero press coffee maker, its small and convenient for travel. We have ...

Good morning,
I came to San Sebastian the 31th of oct 22 with 2 of my kids for 1 night.
1rst : we arrived earlier than the scheduled time
2nd : I asked if that was possible to have 2 rooms closed.
For both of these points, the lady at the reception managed and all was perfect. So, i dont know her name (please tell me) but when we arrived at around 11:20 she was there. Really thanks to her for her work. So kind from h...
