Amazing simple hotel. Close to the train station. Close to everything. Great service. If you are shopping in this price range you should settle with this hotel.
Service was warm and helpful. This is a big deal to us.
The rooftop lounge was closed for service when we were there being it was fall/winter but the views from up there are just incredible. I can only imagine it is packed during the warmer months. ...

The Abbas is modern hotel in an historical building that beautifully combines character with comfort. It is ideally located on the Urumea River within easy walking distance of the old part of this beautiful city as well as both magnificent bays and the train/bus station. Perfect location and helpful staff. Dining at breakfast was appreciated, and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. Quiet. Easy walking to restaurants, parks, and entertainment. We appreciated their recommendations for dining as well as relaxing....

Didnt disappoint. Convenient location to the old town as well as the newer areas. Very quiet area. The second tier of room was great - spacious, modern and quiet. Comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Has a kettle which doesnt seem standard fare in Spanish hotels! The smallest room is too small - not enough space for even luggage but we were able to pay and upgrade. Front desk staff were helpful....

Really excellent hotel , Gaby and Julen were fantastic at the rooftop bar, which was a great place to relax after an evening of fantastic pintxos , a few glasses of txakoli and beer. Thomas was great on reception and extremely helpful, we will definitely be back to this wonderful hotel as soon as we possibly can, the location us unbeatable we would not stay anywhere else . we hope to see some if not all of the great...
