After much deliberation, we made the choice to stay in the Donatello for our trito San Francisco.
I'm so glad we chose this hotel. Absolutely fantastic from the friendly staff through to the great room with all the amenities you could need.

Great hotel in a good location. Room was large with big comfortable bed, all the amenities you'd need. Coffee machine wasn't usable but there was free coffee available on the upper floor where gym and hot tub located (we didn't use either). Bit of outside noise as nearby hotel staff were striking and making a racket all day but other than that would definitely recommend....

At check in we were pointed towards the concierge to complete our registration process , I.e to give them the opportunity to try and sell us stuff. They didnt succeed as we had already planned out our holiday.

I went on a family trip to SF a few months ago and stayed at the Worldmark San Francisco. It was a great hotel, no issues!
Then we hopped over to Wyndham Donatello hotel. I had to sleep on the pullout couch and complained about the mattress to the front desk daily. Of course after I check out they realized they should have changed the mattress. They didnt even offer me a gift card or send me a gift basket for my tro...

Overall we had a great stay here and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay downtown. The location was convenient to dining and public transportation. We were one block from Union Square. The Club 1500 was a disappointment although it was lovely and coffee in the morning was nice. The views from that floor were of the backs of buildings.
