Nice little hotel in the middle of downtown. Got moved here because of the strikes at other Hilton properties but the staff here was wonderful. Big thank to Marian and Christine at the front desk, they were accommodating, friendly and had great recommendations for food. Thanks for the easy switch and great location....

Fantastic experience. The hotel team is very nice and I really had a nice stay for ASC2024. Not only they gave me a free upgrade to suite but also they gave me very nice welcome and goodbye gift. The breakfast and ribeye steak were wonderful and delicious. Definitely will I stay again if I have another chance....

Quaint, historic but refurbished Hilton hotel on Powell St near Union Square. Friendly staff (shout out to Frankie who always seems to be at the front desk). Great value for the location, and has a bit of funky San Fran vibe going - its fun. Only negative for me are the small bathrooms, but only so much you can do with the historic footprint....

An excellent hotel in the heart of San Francisco. The rooms are modern and comfortable with a coffee machine, fridge and room safe. The bathroom is very well appointed. Housekeeping cleaned thoroughly every day. Every member of staff is polite and welcoming. A special shout out to Marella on the front desk. She listened to my stories on where I had visited and recommended new places which added to the enjoyment of my...

Stay away if you want peace

Horrible experience!! We dropped our bags at 10 am, they advised they would text/call when a room was available. 5pm still nothing. The rooms are worn down, dated, paint is chipping everywhere, stains on the carpet.
The Westin was having a workers protest 9:35 pm and night you can hear them screaming and nothing was done.
Stay away from this area if you want any type of service or peace....
