The most affordable Hilton hotel in Union Square vicinity. Location is superb and staff are wonderfully pro and helpful esp Marella, Valerie, Frankie and Carlos. The room size can be better though. Also check the bathroom as our shower bottle was not working and toilet was not as clean....

Having surprised our friend with a birthday trip to San Francisco, we found ourselves surprised by how great the customer service was. Amarion and Marella were hands down some of the friendliest, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and downright best customer service I have ever experienced. This is the best hotel Ive ever been to! I found myself intrigued by the fantastic hospitality that Marella and Amarion gave my friends and I. I absolutely will be returning to San Francisco and booking at this Hilton hotel and hopefully they will still be here to give the warmest greeting....

Great stay off Union Square

I had a great stay. Just checked out yesterday. The hotel is actually a lot larger than I expected as I did take the stairs to check out the building and I was impressed with how large it was, and you can see a bit of old SF history.
