Excellent hotel in a prime location

The room was clean and generously spacious. The staff were very professional, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is at prime location, within walking distance to Pier 39....

Had to leave a deposit of $500.
Never received it back.Even after numerous emails.
They don't respond. If you don't want to loose money avoid this hotel.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels in America. But this was nothing like I expected. Small swimming pool, the gym is minimal....

A 2 night stay

San Francisco was the start of our three-week trip across the states for our honeymoon; we were booked at the RIU for two nights on a bed and breakfast board.
LOCATION
Excellent - around the corner from fishermans wharf and close to the first stop of the big bus hop on hop off tour (an activity I would recommend).
ROOM
We were placed in the annex, on the ground floor - our room faced a busy road with the pavemen...

The location, free breakfast buffet and staff were incredible! The value for our money was great ans it was very affordable. Our only complaint was the noise level was LOUD so it made sleeping difficult. We would definitely stay here again if we came back....

Very nice hotel, staff were excellent from arrival to departure and the breakfast staff made my daughters 16th birthday start in a fantastic way, thank you. Hotel location is fantastic for seeing the area, transport links very close by with street cars going right past the hotel.
