Excellent location in Fisherman's Wharf, perfect for exploring San Francisco. Rooms are clean and spacious, though the bathrooms are cramped and my shower was pretty poor. Long queue at check in. Very busy breakfast area. Helpful staff. Bare minimum gym, and I still have no idea where the pool is despite a whole week spent in the hotel!! The great mystery of the trip. ...

This was a lovely vibrant hotel. The entrance is off the beaten path. You are immediately greeted by a bellman. The wait to check in was a bit long, but they moved through pretty quickly. They do charge you a resort fee which seems to be standard in the area, although very frustrating as it standard hotel amenities. The room is fresh and inviting. Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The location is perfect for all the Pier 39 and Fisherman Wharf activities but its just steps away from the F train stop so that opens up the rest of the city. The breakfast buffet was very good; plenty of choices and very attentive staff. The room was quiet; looked out over an inner courtyard and we were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return!...
