The room was decent not really as the pictures but acceptable. The girls from the check in were very nice and very helpful one of them have us 3really good restaurant address (she can advise you for belge restaurant traditionals ofc and good seafood restaurant). And brakefast was quite good at a very good price. Lovely stay in bxl =)...

Thin walls, but great wifi in the end

At first I was disappointed of the wifi which only had 1 mbps speed. After asking if they had better room, I received a different wifi network that I measured to 25 mbps! So I had great wifi during my stay.
It was equipped with the essentials, but no iron in the room.
The walls was paper thin and you could hear every movement, door or noise on the floor....

Perfect hotel to explore brussels

V4ry positive welcome and competent staff. Placed in a calm main artery into Brussels center, the breakfast is copious and excellent quality. Visiting for a vacation or to Europe this a very good start....

This was a 21st present for my boyfriend. The room was not as advertised on the pictures. The room next door to us was fully fitted and considered the same type of room, which left us even more disappointed.
However, in the room we got put in, there was no wallpaper but instead a wooden headboard, no carpet (got told this was because some people are allergic) and a rusty bath rail, which had paint peeling off! When ...

Considering how close this hotel is to the City Centre, was really disappointed with the state of the place.
Never been in a hotel that does not have a kettle
Just so antiquated and felt dirty, they really need to update and stop trying to sell single rooms that feel like a Prison Cell.
One good thing was the Breakfast...
