Dean was an excellent go to person at Kimpton Alton. Our whole experience became beautiful only because of him. he was extremely helpful. A special thanks to him. A very well located hotel with all the amenities any traveller would want. Very comforting stay....

Great hotel with excellent location! Spacious, clean rooms with really comfortable beds.
Special acknowledgement to Mary, who works at the front desk. She is super helpful, friendly and kind and made our stay extra special!
Would definitely stay here again!...

And as an added bonus a $35 resort fee/day even while using points.
Im not sure what you got for that except scratched records....
