Booked 7 nights in a signature King suite. Hmm social media and website advertising do not always produce a great overall view. Alas a very crammed queen bedroom suite was provided at an exorbitant price (bed only). But in full fairness the world AI conference was on in San Francisco at the time. Location wise was good. Loved this hotel and all the staff were wonderful! We booked through a third party and they did not have our reservations. Luckily they had a room available for the length of our stay. Roy at the front does and another woman were sooo helpful. In the restaurant, Pecatore, we had good service and Erving the bartender was excellent. I didn't know what I wanted to drink for a cocktail, told our server what I like a...

Hotel Zoe is very nice. Great location to Fisherman's Wharf etc. The big disappointment is the parking. While I understand most hotels charge for parking, this hotel only has Valet Parking at $75.00 per day!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!! I literally parked next door for $30.00 per day. A perfect example of a business taking advantage of unknowing guests. Shameful....

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. Thank you Roy!! Best location walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and the beautiful water. Ordered in room dining a few times and the food was great and came very quickly. I love the options to use bikes, fireplace at the entrance to play provided games, and the smores in the evening. Cant wait to go back...

Stylish chic hotel, extremely comfortable room. Great location situated close to Fisherman's Whsrf, bus and cable car routes. The staff are excellent so helpful and friendly we loved every second of our stay. Highly recommended this hotel...
