Couldnt fault this place for our 3 night stay. Good location, 10 mins walk to union square. Quick check in and room was very comfortable (huge TV, safe, high floor). Only issue we had was protestors at nearby hotel protesting most of the day but not this hotels fault at all and didnt impact on us too much. Hotel offers free coffee/tea every morning and attached bar/restaurant offers a good happy hour (4-6pm). Would...

Lovely hotel with lovely room . Bit of a hassle checking in as the room was ready then it wasnt then it was ! We were on the third floor and a little disappointed as there was no view from our window at all . I think the views from the higher rooms would have been great . Upon arrival, the hotel entrance was very clean and spacious. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, although, they did not mention that there would be noise disruption from around 6am to 10pm every day.

We found the hotel to be comfortable and cosy. It is in an excellent location. The only issue is with the striking staff outside the Hilton hotel opposite - their chanting and constant drum banging starts at 6am until 10/11pm. I know this isnt the hotels fault but I wish we had asked to move to a room that isnt on the front of the hotel....

What a wonderful location, Only 3 blocks away from Union Square, where most of the tour buses, and trolley cars have stops. walking distance to China town. BY our 5th day we started taking buses to get to locations unless it involved a steep hill then we used Uber. The hotel was very clean the beds very comfortable and the staff so helpful
