Stayed in a premier twin room from 2 to 12 november .its was lovely and big .cleaned every day .very close to everything .we had to pay 500 dollars deposit .it was taken out straight away .then when we checked out we were told the deposit will be paid back in within a couple of days .we are still waiting and its been 10 days now ....

We had a nice very quiet room on the top floor facing east so the sun rise in the morning helped to wake us up from a restful nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. We were given meal vouchers for a discount at Café Mason just around the corner and had a no waiting time breakfast. Lovely hotel and friendly staff

My husband and I stayed here on the first part of our honeymoon, we told the hotel when we booked and when we arrived our room was upgraded and we were given champagne and a gift bag which was lovely. The parking is very expensive so bear that in mind if you have a car. The hotel is lovely and the staff are really friendly...

While I stayed for 12 nights in Oct there were protestors outside the Westin across the road (and at 2 other hotels in the city) and although they were pretty noisy I couldnt complain. In fact they had my upmost respect. Protesters in the UK could learn a few lessons. They make themselves heard, theyre organised and committed. I hope they get the pay and health insurance they deserve. Its awful to think as travell...

Underwhelming stay

After travelling across the world to visit we received an indifferent and not friendly welcome. More bothered about a staff members birthday than looking after your visitors. Told our room wasn't ready and only found out it was when I asked even though I was told they would tell me. Very loud protest going on across the road from us all day. Offered no explanation or discount for this disturbance.
