1. Good location on main road, walking distance from multiple bus stops, immediate neighbourhood does not have (in)famous problems of SF
2. gives a complimentary breakfast though could be better.

We had a really disappointing experience with the service at Comfort Inn by the Bay San Francisco.
We stayed there for three nights in July 2024. When we were checking out, my daughter forgot two gold fingerrings in the room. We called the hotel 3 hours they later, and they told us they had found the rings, and they promised to store them for us until three weeks later, when we would be back in the hotel for one mo...

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was hot and ready whenever you went down. Selection was basically the same every day. The hotel was within walking distance to Fisherman's Warf. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked a question....

The USP of this hotel is the location. Rooms are spacious but unfortunately we were given a room with a neighbouring wall as the view. Another issue was that only one elevator was in service and it created a long wait especially during breakfast.

Good location , only Comfort Inn I've ever stayed in without a fridge in the room , only one elevator was working and the breakfast room did not have enough tables But the beds were comfortable and my room had a view of the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge...
