Central location, excellent for visiting San Francisco, well served by public transport.
Right in front of the hotel is the cable car turnaround, a typical feature of the city not to be missed.
Excellent cleaning, very kind and helpful reception staff....

Excellent Service from Rich, Brian and Alex (Cafe). They are the reason for wanting to return. Room itself was excellent, although hard to eliminate what appeared to be 'smoking' smell. Otherwise, excellent all-round....

The hotel was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend staying here for anyone visiting San Francisco. The location is close to public transportation, so no rental is needed. And there are several good restaurants close by....
