We stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be acceptable. The main positives are the location which is right next to the spanish steps and the Spagna metro station. Also, there is a free breakfast in the restaurant right outside the hotel. They offer you only limited options from the menu, but its great to get your day started. Great location by spanish steps and comfy beds. After numerous visits, we were looking forward to our stay, however this time the rooms were very dusty and do need a lick of paint. Also breakfast was meant to be included but we were told it wasn't included in our room rate even though the lovely lady on reception had said the day before how to go for breakfast etc. ...

The location of this property was perfect for us, minutes from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome. The concierge desk is only open for a few hours during the day, but they are available by phone/whatsapp msg all day. We were in the iTube room, it was a little smaller than we expected, but it was fine as we didn't spend much time in there. More of a B&B than a full service hotel...

We booked by agoda the room for 6 nights 2 month ago at very good price.we got there 2 days ago and got a tiny room without closet, no light, it was impossible to stay there.we left after short time to another hotel
We ask for some refund since we wanted to cancel, they refer us to agoda, agoda refers us to the owners.they didn't cancel even partially

Stayed 3 nights in these rooms and had an amazing stay Esther looked after us and she was so friendly and helpful .
Breakfast was at the lovely cafe across the street the continental breakfast was lovely and very friendly staff we would highly recomend this place very central and you can walk to all the places of interest...
