Hotel was nice and the staff was amazing! I dont remember the names but I would like say thank you to all the staff from front desk and the servers from Breakfast. They all made our stay memorable.
Booking was easy and there is a tiny fee you can pay for early check in (if available) which makes everything easier, specially if youve been flying for 12hs....

Sauna hotel

The people at the reception were nice.
That said, the airconditioning in our room did NOT work! We told the staff, but no measures were taken. In the month of august our hotel room was a literal sauna! In the room there is also a fridge, unfortunatly ours did NOT work as well!
As a 3 star hotel, things like these, especially during the summer months with temperatures of up to 40 degrees, are simply not acceptable....

Not the best place

3 hotel on their site, but maybe more like 2. Rooms old and outdated, booked thru TUI but feel very disappointed about this choice. Shower box had mould everywhere, felt very uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant but they miss to share information with us about how to get into the city, tram or train services....

THEY DIDN'T HAVE BLANKETS!!!!! When I asked for a blanket they just rudely said no and that I'd have to sleep without one. Also the rooms are small, old and feels dirty....

I would like to write a good review as the staff were very friendly and helpful (except the barman). However, over the three days we were there, we never once had warm water in the morning, the rooms smelled stuffy, the towels were threadbare and fraying at the edges, the carpets were old and dirty and the floorboards in the bedroom were old, worn and had huge gaps where we stubbed our toes.
