Pros:
-Perfect location! So many monuments, churches, landmarks, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. The Spanish steps are one block away.
-The Room: Comfortable size. Clean bathroom with a bidet and a rain shower head. Loved the towel warmer, which also functioned as my clothes dryer.
-Daily Housekeeping was wonderful!! They did a great job in cleaning up the room.

Hotel does not look like the pictures shown. Lots of areas of the hotel including the rooms, reception and breakfast restaurant with broken and scabby door frames, chipped paint work etc. The view from our hotel room was shocking leaving us looking out on to an unclean balcony with a view of the back of a built up building. The walls are paper thin and can hear absolutely everything from doors closing to people walki...

Staff very unfriendly - not helpful an any subject to tourists
They do not clean the room all day
No hot water
Elevator stuck now and than
You can hear all night every noise from other rooms

Very good. Manager good. Barman kept us in coffee at all hours, also nice guy. Room clean, shower good, bed comfy. Agreed with other review, damn air con very noisy, but easily remedied just take electric card out all stops, peace restored and nice quiet night. Self serve breakfast available, all good nice staff. Only downside was female desk staff, not even acknowledged let alone spoken too, not very friendly. Bu...

Great location minutes from Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and "that's amore" restaurant!
Reception staff are friendly attentive and efficient. The small lounge/bar area needs a rethink as the adjoining toilet smell everyday is overwhelmingly bad..not a good spot to sit and have a drink... the furniture is a bit tatty..
