Stayed here for two nights.
Receptionists were moody and the overall customer service wasn't great. Rooms were also really outdated with shower dropping all night.
They also charged me twice for the city tax as the first person on reception failed to leave a note on and apparently it wasnt on the system even tho I showed the transaction on my phone.
They also asked me to send them a confirmation of my easyjet book...

Ants in room & moved hotel

Arrived at hotel to be told there was an issue with our room and we would be staying at partner hotel. No prior communication from hotel about this and we had walked 40 mins to the hotel.
Walked ten mins up steep hill to the new hotel, not do able for anyone with health issues.

The room we had was very poor and tired.
The room was small just enough room to walk around the double bed.
The safe and air conditioning was broken.
The bathroom was not particularly clean, absolutely no room for the toilet much to close to the sink without hurting your knees, and I could only just turn around in the shower.
Some of the staff seemed just disinterested.

Did not get the room I booked for, which was the deluxe room. As I did upgrade my booking and paid more obviously. Just got the basic run down room. Breakfast was basic and one of the coffee machines did not work properly, hot water everywhere. The only good thing were the stuff, very friendly... Won't go back for sure....

Not a 4 star

Meant to be a 4 star but very basic 2 star hotel, small room (i booked a superior double), no kettle or little amenities in room, as they want you to buy from the little bar down at reception. Staff could be rude at times like we were an inconvenience. Location is great but unfortunately that was it....
