We had a lovely time at the Guardian Hotel. We stayed at a family room for 4 people. The reception was always welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping service was great and we always returned to a clean and tidy room. The breakfast could be a little better as we are vegans and we didn't see too many options, however, the food was great. My wife & I stayed at The Guardian in Rome for 5 nights at the beginning of October, 2024 and was extremely happy with the hotel. We were particularly delighted with the great position to the Termini railway station & the outstanding breakfast.
We also want to mention the exceptional service & support we received from Ylenia who was working on reception/check-in....

Two night stay

Stayed here for two nights rooms were small but clean and comfortable Walking distance from main train station and attractions around Rome. Staff were friendly and helpful and organised us an early checking which was greatly appreciated....

Lovely Hotel

We stayed at this hotel this weekend and found it a great base for all the things to see. The staff are a credit to this hotel and everyone is very friendly. Antonio at the check in was very friendly booked us a taxi for the airport this morning and another young man came out to make sure we got our taxi. The variety in the breakfast room was good and could always find something to eat. Great weekend with great weath...

Basic and not 4*

We chose this hotel based on its good reviews but were very disappointed. Its not a 4* hotel.
We asked to move rooms due to being given a superior room which overlooked a courtyard and had a frosted window and no light. It was like a small dark basement.
We asked to move and were charged over 100 euros to be moved to an upgraded room that had an external window with light!
The following night we were moved...
