Visited at end of December. Madellena at front desk was very nice and helpful in meeting our requests and providing information. Bed comfort was so so. TV channel directory would have been nice to have in room. First hotel we were at in Italy that had USB outlets which we appreciated. Disappointed that coffee in the breakfast room was out of a machine - it was not very good....

Excellent staff and location. Very clean fantastic room very comfortable
We stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed each evening in one of the local restaurants and bars easy 15-20 minutes walk to trevi fountain area
We would definitely stay here again
Lovely rooftop bar and gave my wife a free birthday drink...

Wonderful location, great breakfast, clean and modern rooms, and the service is impeccable!
An easy walk to Temple Bar, or pick another direction to walk and find many other pubs and sites that are a bit off the path of the main tourist areas.
I have to give an extra nod to all the staff, who are helpful, kind and friendly, engaging in conversations that were genuine and welcoming....

From arrival to leaving the staff couldnt do enough, helpful with tips and advice.
The room was immaculately clean and has a lovely selection of toiletries and we had no issues with noise as stated in other reviews.
The breakfast is excellent and plentiful.
The roof top bar and the staff is just superb and accommodating.
Would highly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to stay again....

Our holiday at The Glam Hotel Roma turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel was clean, centrally located, and close to all the main attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay. It was a wonderful holiday!...
