The Glam hotel is perfectly located near the major sites in Rome and easy walking distance to everywhere you need to go.
The hospitality is wonderful and everyone is keen to help from the moment you check in, to breakfast and having a drink at the bar. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very friendly.

I visited the hotel and had a terrible experience due to noise room! The window of the room isnt strong enough to avoid street noise, I have mentioned the issue to the hotel manager who said that an action should be taken and still nothing was made it, we had a meeting to try to find my compensation over the noises and stress caused during my stay. We stayed at the Glam for 5 days in September. Some people say it's pricey, but I say you get what you pay for. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff is exceptional. The rooftop bar and restaurant were great. We would stay at the Glam again.

The Glam is a beautifully located hotel, close to many attractions, trattoria, bars and gelateria.
The staff are very helpful with recommendations and are knowledgeable about the local area.
The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained with a fabulous rooftop restaurant and bar which has musical entertainment on Friday- Sunday evenings.

Centrally located, nothing is to far away to all the tourist sites you want to see, everything is walkable.

Things they can improve on....
for drinking hot beverages in your room you have paper cups....as a 4 star porcelain cup and saucer would be essential one would think?
Milk is given in tiny tiny plastic long life containers, and only a few at a time?? Why...No one...
