Functional, a little disappointing due to the dark rooms

This hotel feels a little confused from the grand bar area, which is lovely space to the modern (?) dark corridors and rooms.
We have a suite for a family of 3. It was a bizarre room with a sofa bed and bathroom as you come in, with steps to a mezzanine floor with a round bed and jacuzzi bath.
The whole room is decorated in greys and browns, and it just feels so dark and dingy. Even the bathroom door was black g...

We arrived at the hotel politely said hello and got a have you checked in response not polite at all. Further got advised of where our room was. When entering the room I felt trapped dark walls, thick heavy greys and black curtains, was far to dark and only four spotlights in main area of the room. We found this hotel a very nice stay and enjoyed our time here. The beds was comfy and spacious. The breakfast was ok nothing special an we skipped twice due to this,. Reception very kind and location is also a plus. Bus stop is round the corner if you do not want the half a hour walk into the centre. The sink plug was broke and also our hairdryer and tv did not work, but this did not affect us personally as we did ...

Nice little hotel overall. Stayed for a short break. The main disappointment for us was that we booked this hotel over others due to the spa/pool. Sadly on checkin we were told that the spa was having some maintenance carried out and wouldnt be complete until the day before we left (the Wednesday). When asking to book in on the Wednesday we were told that works had overrun and were not complete. Funnily enough we go...

I'm just back today from my first trip to the beautiful city of Rome.I stayed in The Building Hotel lovely hotel staff very friendly very helpful with information hotel about 15 minute walk for main area of city so not as noisy.I would certainly recommend staying in this hotel breakfast first class plenty of choice.The relaxing fell to bar at night so nice after long day sightseeing definitely go back in future....
