We recently spent 3 nights at the Hotel and it is truly an amazing hotel, conveniently located close to major attractions.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and the receptionist , especially Ahmed was very helpful and friendly. He helped me a lot with early check in and was very patient as he dedicated a lot of his time guiding me on how to navigate Rome and visit the most beautiful attractions nearby...

I recently spent 7 nights at the Metropole. I enjoyed my stay there very much, and would definitely stay there again.
The front desk staff were always very helpful and friendly - especially Paola. She was exceptional. Paola spent a lot of time helping me with a ticket booking, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly. She was also extremely helpful when my wallet got stolen in the Metro. ...

Rooms and general appearance of the hotel was ok and looked to be more recently redone. The room was comfortable generally, with really good a/c and was quite roomy and clean. Mine faced the street and was VERY noisy, particularly one night. The hotel seems to favor groups and was insufficiently prepared to accommodate the crowds at breakfast every day I was there. This hotel is amazing.
The staff was professional and friendly.
I had a health problem and Daniela was not only professional and 100% available to help, but here empath8c and warm she went over and beyond.
The hotel is spotted clean,rooms are spacious and bed super comfy.
centrally located and breakfast opens at 6 30,

Great hotel and staff, near to main train station, room size is enough and room is very clean. Breakfast is very nice and has high quality. Hotel is located very centrally and near to metro station and train station. Staff are friendly and helpful, highly recommended for stay in Rome...
