Location is perfect, service is superb, rooms are designed to impress, every single detail is well thought off.
There is a beautiful calming area where you can enjoy reading, thinking, working
Exceptional attention to the guest experience
It is my second time at this hotel and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else...

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at room mate Filippo. The location is good walking distance to all of the touristy spots without being in a very crowded area. The staff was very helpful with arranging transport to the airport. Miriam was able to help us with our booking and even upgraded our room for us. Breakfast included as well and was delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and AC works very well....

Ideal location and superior service

One of the warmest welcomes upon arrival. The rooms were plenty spacious with fantastic bathrooms (a great shower after a long, hot day in Rome). The staff was always at the ready to help with anything; recommendations on restaurants, transportation, or a cooling glass of Prosecco.
The location was perfect for walking to sites, shopping, and (of course) eating)....

Were fans of the Room Mate chain of European hotels. As always, the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. This hotel has a narrow profile, but opens up to a lovely lobby that is bounded bonus either side by enclosed gardens. Our room was as pictured on the website, and was immaculate.

We have just returned from Room Mate Filippo after five amazing days in their beautiful hotel. The hotel was everything we imagined and more.
The front of house staff, especially Maryam ( hope I've spelt your name correctly ) , Annalisa & Umberto wern't anything less than 100%.
Their customer service was off the clock.
