The service was exceptional and surpassed my wife and myself's expectations. Great thanks to Annalisa, Grace and front desk staff, house keeping team and Kitchen Team. We could not fault the service. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Rome.

Very nice, clean and quiet Hotel. It is located in the city center. I loved the fluffy bed, the shower and the breakfast. Last but not least the staff was attentiv, helpful and a joy to be around. Thank you for a wonderful stay and beautiful memories. Well come back!...

Different from Room Mate Gran Filippo

They were very strict with check in timings; we were told that our room was not ready when we arrived at around 12.30pm. We went out to sightsee and came back at night to find out that we have been allocated a room at Room Mate Gran Filippo - located in something like an annex to the main hotel. When the staff checked us in, he said that he wanted to show us an "exclusive entrance", but it turned out to be the only e...

Excellent hotel for a trip to Rome.

This was our third visit to the hotel.
Once again the room was presented to a high standard. Thanks to all staff for being so friendly and helpful. A special mention to Umberto at the reception , so keen to help and have a wee chat.
This is a excellent hotel I would thoroughly recommend for anyone considering a trip to Rome....

Outstanding stay

Location is good. Short walk to the Spanish Steps. Quiet, off the main roads and up an alley. Service is outstanding. All staff spoke way better English than my Italian. Very spacious rooms and ultra comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with great variety. Really couldnt ask more from a hotel in Rome. Gratzi Room Mate!...
