Basic hotel near attractions

Our group of 14, 7 Girl Scouts and their moms, stayed here for a short trip to see the sights of Rome. The hotel arranged for two vans to pick us up and drop us off at the airport (for a fee). Since we were a large group, we got a whole floor to ourselves ( which Im sure the other guests appreciated because our teenagers were quite boisterous!). Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Reaz is very nice and helpful, amazing service!. First time in Rome, Reaz has such wealth of local knowledge make us feel very much home. We have no hesitation to recommend to anyone everyone....

The place is very clean and the reception is very friendly and helpful. Also, the location is fantastic. I will recommend the place for short stay. It is near everything and easily accessible. Mr. Ahmed was so helpful and facilitating everything...

Very friendly reception by Reaz. The location of the hotel is perfect, its within walking distance of almost all the famous historical sites and the is metro right next to it. The hotel itself is also nice with great shower. Overall great experience....

Their ad on Expedia claim that there is staff on site daily from 7 AM to 9 - this is a lie. We showed up to an empty building with no staff and spent the next several hours calling, emailing, messaging through Expedia. We called Expedia for help and they attempted to contact someone.
