Comfortable hotel, close to the Roma Termini. We stayed here the evening before our flight. It is a comfortable room, good storage, etc. Unfortunately the shower did not drain fast and was leaking out into the bathroom (had we been there more than one night this would be an issue). hotel staff was helpful, there is a small elevator that sometimes worked....

Hotel is in a great location. Located down an alley but very easy to find and conveniently located next to a well serviced restaurant. The room is clean and adequate in space. The BEST part about our stay was the desk clerk, CRISTIAN!!! He welcomed us like he had known us forever. Very thoughtful in conversation and offered help in any way to make our stay better. His energy and enthusiasm had us looking for him each...

Not what I would describe as a hotel.

24 hour staff helpful. An excellent location in an historic building. Room OK. Bathroom small and almost clean.
Shower too small. I would describe this establishment as serviced rooms and not as a hotel as no breakfast, food, bar or restaurant or anywhere to sit. We checked that we were in a superior room as the images advertised did not resemble our room and appeard to be a standard room....

Recently stayed here for 3 nights, we were a little apprehensive due to some of the negative reviews across different sites, but our stay was perfectly fine
We were able to check in around 1pm, the guy on reception was helpful and friendly. We had a room on the 2nd floor, it was small as we had expected. Tea/Coffee making facilities, fridge and TV in the room. The bathroom was very small but usable, toiletries an...

We stayed in this Hotel on a dream trip to Italy. Over all it was very run down and dirty. The bed had no mattress pad and we could see the stained mattress through the thin sheets, the curtains had stains all over them, the shower handle was broken off, so very hard to use shower and one day they didn't change our towels as requested so came home after a long day to find room not made up and wet towels in pile on ...
