A short walk to yum restaurants, to the Termini and to the nearest metro. Easy to get around from the hotel. Staff were awesome...especially Fabio and Lorna and the breakfast was fresh and delish with liads of choices. We were there for a week and loved it. There was a problem initially with the boiler which meant hot water was out, but this was seen to quickly. ...

The hotel is great value for money with comfortable clean rooms and a nice breakfast of fresh croissants and amazing coffee. The staff are wonderful especially Alessandro who always had time to chat even if he was busy, he offered valuable information about Rome without being asked and without selling any extras like tours, he just wanted us to enjoy Rome!

First the hotel is overrated as 3 stars , I wont give any star for this hotel.
The breakfast is basic everyday the same and there is no a type of cheese or Ham.
You can hear the nose of the cars and metro from your room.
All the furniture in the hotel old from beds, lights and toilets.
Housekeeping they dont change your bed sheet....

Francesca at reception is a star. Both lovely and helpful. Hotel is very nice and well located. Rooms comfortable.
Only major disappointment is that housekeeping never changed the sheets, even when we put the change sign on the bed.
Overall a great stay....

We arrived around 17:00. The guy which was making for us check in was very nice and helpful. We got a room on the first floor for 5 nights.
Our room was clean and tide up every day.
The breakfast was included: croissants, cereals and drinks.
In the room we found all necessary stuff: hairdryer, soap, shower gel, towels, TV, fridge. The towels were very thin, the kind that is used for kitchen, but bigger. When we aske...
