I stayed there last week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although the room was a bit small, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. I liked the charm of this building and its history. I will certainly stay there again....

My high school group of 24 students and 3 chaperones had an incredible stay at Hotel Ponte Sisto. The hotel is centrally located for easy walking to Trastevere, popular sights, the Roman Ghetto, great restaurants, and more. Love the hotel and the location! Great breakfast buffet at the patio.
The hotel is steps away from Trastevere, thats very convenient!
The people at the front desk were friendly.
I forgot my airpods at the hotel and they shipped them to me!!!...

I am not sure why this hotel has received some recent negative reviews.
Whilst we would agree that this hotel isnt one of those sterile soulless modern hotels .what the hotel is, it is a lovely city hotel that is charming and authentically Italian.
We found the hotel to be everything we were looking for in a city hotel.

Hotel view is completely not as pictured, so was off to a bad start when we arrived in an ally full of graffiti. The hotels location was good in terms of being very close to local restaurants and bars, however if you are booking this hotel based on their first picture dont! Staff were poor and sprung on us we have to pay tourist tax 60 as we were leaving instead of telling us at the beginning of our stay. Only p...
