Pros: This hotel was in a fantastic location!! About a 20 min walk from termini station. 5 -15 min walk to pantheon, Trevi fountain and many other monuments. Breakfast was included. 24hr staff at the desk in lobby. The room had aircon and a small bar fridge.

Hotel is situated close walking distance to the Trevi fountain, colosseum, Spanish steps and others. The Vatican City is around a 15 min bus ride. The hotel is super clean and the concierge are very helpful. The breakfast is sufficient. The coffee is from a machine and really isnt very good at all. Good location, polite staff.
As others mention, the hotel is quite outdated. Definitely needs a renovation to keep its 4 stars. The hotel room opens with a key. The room for 4 people includes a double-bed, a couch turned into bed, and folding bed. From a 4 star hotel, two double-beds would be nice. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, limited selection and quality. The pastries were not particularly good....

Theft from hotel lobby

Quaint hotel, good location, but dangerous. We had a backpack stolen right out of the hotel lobby after checking out and awaiting our transfer to the airport. The hotel staff was not particularly concerned or helpful about brazen theft from their lobby....

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it did not live up to its 4-star rating, which was the reason I booked it. While it offers basic accommodations such as an elevator and a front desk, the hotel is outdated and in dire need of maintenance to truly deserve its 4-star status.
