When we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating, our original room wasnt what we were expecting when booking - it was a lot smaller, we explained this to the staff the following morning and they couldnt do enough to accommodate us! Great place and service was excellent. Great location. Very clean and quiet rooms. All the workers are fantastic.
Front desk is very helpful and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Right next to a market also so whatever you need is close by....

An average stay. We had a room right as you came off the stairs (110) which maybe was bad luck. But you could hear EVERY step on the stairs. Incredibly loud. The rooms are NOT sound proof at all....
The bed was very uncomfortable, even for someone like me who liked a hard bed. The rooms have A/C units in them and a temperature gauge, but turning this to cold doesn't make it cooler. I asked about this as our room was...

Had a great time at this hotel. Location great, able to walk into Rome centre 15 to 20 mins. Hotel staff were so friendly & helpful. Lovely small bar & restaurant. Nice Italian restaurant literally 5 mins round corner & small supermarket short walk from hotel.
